How can I be eligible for a refund?

All of our products come with 30 days refund guarantee starting from the day the item has been delivered. 

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.


To be eligible for a refund, you MUST meet any of the following scenarios:

  • The order is in process, but has not been shipped yet.
  • The order has not been shipped after the estimated processing time (2-7 days).
  • The order has been delivered in a broken/damaged/faulty condition.
  • The order has not been delivered for 7 days after the last estimated delivery date.
  • The item got an unexpected damage after use.

 

Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?

Yes. All of our products come with 30 days refund guarantee starting from the day the item has been delivered. For apparel products, if the size doesn't fit, you can contact us to request for an exchange. Learn more about our Refund Policy.

 

How can I request a refund?

Simply, head over to our Contact Us page, and tell us about the situation with your order/item, and we'll notify you if your refund request has been approved or declined within 24-48 hours. We may also contact you for additional information.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 Once you've placed an order, and the order has been fulfilled after 2 days, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email indicating that your order has been shipped and is being delivered. You'll be provided with order tracking details as well, or you can head to our Track Orders page.
